Our venue accommodates events until 1:30am. When booking the venue you get 6 hours

Our catering packages are the general guidelines that The Grand Oak uses to
prepare your special event. Our Executive Chef will gladly design a custom menu
for your events based on religious preferences or cultural needs. (No outside
Once you book your wedding day; your tasting will include choices of two salads,
two starches, vegetables and two dinner entree selections to ensure that you are
selecting the perfect menu for your event. We would be happy to schedule the
menu tasting four to five months prior to your wedding.

All food/Beverages are subject to a 20% service charge and current state tax.
A non-refundable deposit of $5,000or 25% of your proposal total is required to
reserve the hall for the day of the event. Final bill must be paid in full, in cash,
cashier's check or credit card. (processing fee might apply) Any additional
charges are to be settled prior to leaving the premise the night of the event.
The party making the reservation must guarantee the number of guests attending
at least 14 days prior to the function date.
The Grand Oak will provide security at an hourly rate of $30 per officer.For every
100guests law requires one officer.
