Hall Rental Policy

The Minimum Guaranteed Number Of Attendance is 250 People on a Saturday

Number Hall Rental Hours

Our venue accommodates events until 1:30am. When booking the venue you get 6 hours

hall rental and any additional hour is an additional charge.

Menus

Our catering packages are the general guidelines that The Grand Oak uses to

prepare your special event. Our Executive Chef will gladly design a custom menu

for your events based on religious preferences or cultural needs. (No outside

catering).

Complementary Menu Tasting

Once you book your wedding day; your tasting will include choices of two salads,

two starches, vegetables and two dinner entree selections to ensure that you are

selecting the perfect menu for your event. We would be happy to schedule the

menu tasting four to five months prior to your wedding.

Wedding Cake Service

The Grand Oak staff will slice and serve your wedding cake for your guests at no

additional cost.

Food and Beverage Minimums

Your wedding coordinator will be happy to discuss food and beverage minimums

with you when you meet.

Service Charge and State Tax

All food/Beverages are subject to a 20% service charge and current state tax.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $5,000or 25% of your proposal total is required to

reserve the hall for the day of the event. Final bill must be paid in full, in cash,

cashier's check or credit card. (processing fee might apply) Any additional

charges are to be settled prior to leaving the premise the night of the event.

Final Count

The party making the reservation must guarantee the number of guests attending

at least 14 days prior to the function date.

Security

The Grand Oak will provide security at an hourly rate of $30 per officer.For every

100guests law requires one officer.

Hall Restrictions

No nails or tape on the walls

No indoor sparklers unless provided by The Grand Oak

No Dance floor unless provided by The Grand Oak
